Another Wonderful Week of Camp Candace

I just returned from the Spirituality Center at the College of Saint Benedict in Saint Joseph, MN. About a dozen writing friends and I rent the entire center, hire our favrotie writing professor, Sheila O’Connor, and have a wonderful week of studying the writing craft. We split the costs, bring our own food, and put it together as a group of friends. Sadly, there is no space to open it to the public, but I would encourage you to copy our example if you’re looking for an affordable writing retreat. It’s always the highlight of my year.
