Women’s Christmas Tea

Candace Garrison 011 (2)           Last week I gave a presentation for a Women’s Christmas Tea at Light of the Cross Lutheran Church in Garrison, MN.  Several churches join together every year to raise money for the local food shelf.  It’s a dress up affair, and they asked me to come wearing hat, gloves and pearls.   A first!

Thank you Becky Newstrom for loaning a vintage hat, and thanks to Krista Soukup from Blue Cottage Agency for going along to assist with the book table.  It was a great day!

    1. What fun. Our Baptist Church in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota had as annual Christmas Tea. It is usually the first thing I get to do to celebrate Christmas. It really was nice and thoughts of that night were brought to memory when I read your post. Merry Christmas to you.
